On Friday 15 July, at 11 a.m., the contract signing ceremony took place at Palazzo Lombardia between the International Astronautical Federation (IAF) and the Associazione Italiana di Aeronautica e Astronautica (AIDAA) in Milan, Italy.

Taking part in the ceremony were Pascale EHRENFREUND, President of the IAF at the time; Attilio FONTANA, President of the Lombardy Region; Elena BUSCEMI, President of Milan City Council; Erasmo CARRERA, President of AIDAA; Giorgio SACCOCCIA, President of ASI at the time; Alessandro PROFUMO, CEO of Leonardo; and Christian FEICHTINGER, IAF Executive Director.
