Anne-Sophie MARTIN

Sapienza University of RomePost-Doctoral Research Fellow in International and Space Law

Anne-Sophie Martin is a postdoctoral research fellow in international law and space law at Sapienza University of Rome. She currently participates in the OSL Project – Outer Space Law for International Cooperation and Sustainable Development, realised by the Department of Political Sciences of Sapienza University in collaboration with the Italian Space Agency and the Kenya Space Agency. She received her LL.M. in Space Law and Telecommunications Law from the University of Paris-Saclay and her Ph.D. from Sapienza University. During her doctoral research, she participated in the Centre for Studies and Research of The Hague Academy of International Law. She previously worked at Thales Alenia Space, the Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES) and the European Commission. She is a member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL), the European Centre for Space Law (ECSL), and the Institut Droit, Espaces et Technologies (IDEST). She is also involved in the Legal Council of the organization For All Moonkind and in the Board of Advisors of The Space Court Foundation.
