Audrey L. ALLISON

Audrey L. Allison is a senior policy analyst in the Center for Space Policy and Strategy at The Aerospace Corporation where she provides policy and strategy support related to government and commercial space missions. Previously, Allison was vice president of Global Spectrum Management at The Boeing Company and formerly held posts at the Federal Communications Commission’s International Bureau and Iridium LLC.

Allison also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the International Space University in Strasbourg, France and as a Member of its Board of Trustees. She is a frequent speaker on space policy and is the author of The International Telecommunication Union and Managing Satellite Orbital and Spectrum Resources in the 21st Century (Spring, 2014). Her most recent publications are The Invisible Link: Key Spectrum Issues for Space and Game Changer: The Great Convergence and the Future of Satellite-Enabled Direct-to-Device.

Allison holds a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law’s Institute of Communications Law Studies; a Master of Laws in international and comparative law from Georgetown University; an executive Master of Business Administration from International Space University, and a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from Pennsylvania State University.
