Fani KALLIANOU DE JONG

European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) • Principal Manager

Fani works at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for over 18 years in different capacities and has an academic background in Economics and International Business. Fani is working as part of the Bank’s Climate Strategy and Delivery team and focuses on the implementation and management of the green economy financing facilities and policy dialogue related activities. As a space enthusiast, she has completed the Executive Space Course at the International Space University (ISU) in Strasbourg and is now exploring ways to bridge the gap between her work in Climate Action and the opportunities space brings in support to the SDGs and addressing the climate and environmental challenges.

Fani is born-Greek in Germany and grew up in Brussels, Belgium. Apart from English, she is fluent in French, Greek, Spanish, has a good command of Dutch and is learning Arabic.
