Jolanda Van EIJNDTHOVEN

Jolanda van Eijndthoven joined the European Commission in 2002, after having worked for the Dutch Ministry of Finance advising on EU law in the area of taxation. Within the European Commission, she has worked in different taxation domains, coordination of the enforcement of European law, proposed a legislative initiative to improve the Single Market for services, dealt with defence procurement, legal and institutional aspects of Galileo/EGNOS and space policy. Since September, she is Head of the Unit responsible for international affairs and communication in the Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space. Ms van Eijndthoven holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Law from the Catholic University of Leuven, Institute of Environmental and Energy Law and a Master’s degree in tax law from the University of Leiden.
