Morena BERNARDINI

Morena Bernardini graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome with a degree in Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Astronautical Engineering.

She also holds a master's degree in Management of Industrial Alliances from INSEAD Business School.

Bernardini began his career in 2009 as an engineer in charge of mission analysis on the Ariane 5 launcher; she later worked at Airbus Defense and Space Strategy and Airbus Safran Launchers, which later became ArianeGroup. Bernardini actively contributed to the creation of the new European launcher governance and the definition of synergies between Ariane 6 and Vega C.

In 2017 she joined Thales Alenia Space Group as "new business" director, responsible for satellite constellation projects in the field of IoT (Internet of Things) to connect objects around the world through the use of satellites.

Since September 2019, she has been with Arianegroup as Director of Strategy and Innovation where her expertise in launchers and satellites is essential to address the revolutionizing space market.

She is also on the boards of Arianespace, Cilas, and the France-Luxembourg Business Club.

Morena Bernardini was born in Rome in 1983, is married and has two children.
