Nancy OLIVETO-ERVITI is an Argentine lawyer and French urban planner. She has a global vision of recent advances and impacts on planning policies due to urban and environmental legislation, thanks to her experience in conducting planning projects and her involvement in pilot experiments. She leads a team of lawyers and GIS specialists who develop methods and tools based on Earth observation for the elaboration, monitoring and evaluation of plans and programs using algorithms and satellite image processing allowing a continuity in the monitoring of actions and public policies. She has created the TEREvAL® platform linking AI, EO, local data and NTIC. Based in Toulouse - Paris - Argentina

Nancy OLIVETO-ERVITI leads the evaluation of plans and programs (SCoT and PLUi/PLU, SDAGE, SAGE, PCAET, Travel plans): PCAET of the Valée de l'Ariège, PCAET Sud Toulousain, GIRSU Plan (Integrated Management of Urban Solid Waste) of the City of San Antonio de Areco, Buenos Aires, SCoT of the Pays Sud Toulousain, SCoT of the Pays de Fougères, SCoT of the Pays de Saint Brieuc, etc. She participated in the elaboration and updating of the guide on the environmental assessment of urban planning documents in France in 2011 and its re-drafting in 2019, for the Ministry of Ecology and technical guides "Water and Urban Planning" for the Water Agencies ADOUR-GARONNE and Rhine-Meuse among others.
