Priyanka D. Rajkakati

Dr. Priyanka D. Rajkakati is an Indian-origin French Aerospace engineer specialising in Navigation technologies. She holds a bachelor in Physics from St Stephen's College (Delhi, India), a multi-domain engineering degree from Ecole-Polytechnique (France), and an industrial Ph.D. in satellite navigation from ISAE-Supaéro and Safran (France). In parallel, an accomplished artist, her work involves exploring art and culture in the context of space societies, drawing inspiration from her Indian roots and her travels: from Brazil to Mauna Loa volcano in Hawai'i (where she took part in a lunar analog mission), and next: Antarctica. She is also actively involved in #S.T.E.A.M. outreach through channels such as EuroMoonMars, SGAC and the Homeward Bound Antarctica leadership development initiative for women in science. She was featured in the Forbes India 30 under 30 (2021) list, under the category "Science and Innovation", and is also a Karman 2021 Fellow.
