Director of Programs at the Italian Space Agency, with over thirty years of experience in the realization of large works and infrastructures characterized by high complexity and high technological content in the Aerospace, Oil & Gas and Construction sectors, in the disciplines of Project Management, Quality, Research & Development and Engineering. An expert in Space Policy, for more than 20 years he has represented Italy on ESA committees and international bodies, including, since 2015, ESA's Industrial Policy Committee, a committee in charge of procurement and the definition, implementation and monitoring of European space industrial policy. Responsible for the management of large space programs, for about 20 years, in the disciplines: planetary exploration, earth observation, in orbit servicing, exploration and orbital and surface infrastructure, midstream and mission control, space surveillance and tracking, stratospheric balloon missions and technology developments.
