The Global Space Innovation Conference 2015
GLIC 2015 REGISTRATION POLICY
All GLIC 2015 delegates and speakers are invited to register online or on site and to pay the registration fees as per the table of fees below. No financial assistance is available from the IAF budget to support registration, travel and other costs for attending GLIC 2015.
Considering the limited capacity of the Munich Residence and the high profile of the Conference, the registration is on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of 350 participants. All attendees, including the GLIC 2015 International Programme Committee members are kindly requested to register and to pay the registration fees;
One day waivers are available for invited speakers of the plenaries and for the moderators for the day of their participation in the plenary;
Only a limited number of discounted registration for young professionals, student and retired persons is available (fees see table below), once more on a first come, first served basis.
The registration fee covers access to all plenaries, key note speeches, the Exhibition, the welcome reception, the opening ceremony as well as a free guided tour of the Munich Residence:
***Full-Time Students (no age limit) – must provide proof of their student status;
** Young Professionals – must be 35 years of age or less on the day of start of the conference and must provide a proof of their date of birth by means of an official document (passport, ID card, etc.);*Retired persons – must provide documentation that can prove their status as retired;
*****Media – must provide a valid press card as a proof of their status;
****** Exhibitors – access allowed only in the Exhibition area;
As mentioned before, as part of the registration, a free of charge tour of the Residence will be offered on Tuesday 23 June, before the Opening Ceremony. Delegates wishing to participate will be able to sign-up whilst registering online.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner (45€) are not included in the registration fee, but will be available for booking on the online registration platform.
All attendees who register online will receive confirmation via e-mail upon completion of the registration process and payment.
For cancellations received by 1 June 2015, the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1 June 2015.
