GLIS 2016 Registration Policy
All GLIS 2016 delegates and speakers are invited to register online (www.glis2016.org) or on site and to pay the registration fees as per the table of fees below. No financial assistance is available from the IAF budget to support registration, travel and other costs for attending GLIS 2016.
Considering the limited capacity of the venue and the high profile of the Conference, the registration is on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of 300 participants.
All attendees, including the GLIS 2016 International Programme Committee members are kindly requested to register and to pay the registration fees.
One day waivers are available for invited speakers of the plenaries and for the moderators for the day of their participation in the plenary.
The registration fee covers access to all plenaries, keynote speeches, the welcome reception, as well as the opening ceremony, the luncheons and the participation in the SpaceUp.

** Retired persons – must provide documentation that can prove their status as retired;
*** Young Professionals – must be 35 years of age or less on the day of start of the conference and must provide a proof of their date of birth by means of an official document (passport, ID card, etc.);
**** Full-Time Students (no age limit) – must provide proof of their student status;
***** Media – must provide a valid press card as a proof of their status;
A SpaceUp Session is organized prior to GLIS2016, on 5 June 2016.
All delegates paying the registration fees for GLIS2016 will have the possibility to take part in the SpaceUp session. A separate SpaceUp registration only is foreseen for delegates wishing to participate only in the SpaceUp. This registration will not grant access to GLIS2016.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner are not included in the registration fee, but will be available for booking on the online registration platform.
All attendees who register online will receive confirmation via e-mail upon completion of the registration process and payment.
For cancellations received by 27 May 2016, the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 27 May 2016.
