Symposium: E7. IISL Colloquium on the la of outer space
New developments seem to fundamentally challenge hitherto well known notions of space law: HAPS with regard to the delimitation of air and space law, cyber law with regard to activities in outer space and, moreover, the question of fundamental importance for the future of space law – space traffic management with regard to a new kind of administration of outer space activities.
The keynote lecture will investigate whether space law needs to follow new patterns or can and will preserve its traditional pattern.
