PRESS ACCREDITATION

The International Astronautical Federation (IAF) Invites Media to Attend the 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2026) 5 – 9 October 2026 in Antalya, Türkiye.

Press accreditation is open.

APPLY FOR PRESS ACCREDITATION

If you are a media professional eager to cover the latest developments in the space sector, we encourage you to apply for press accreditation through our platform HERE.

As a non-profit organization, the IAF relies on volunteers from its 604 member organizations across 82 countries and offers a limited number of complimentary “Accredited Press” badges, with each application undergoing a thorough evaluation by both the IAF and the Host. It is a selective process, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate all accreditation requests.

Priority for press accreditation is given to active journalists working directly with bona fide news organizations or recognized daily/monthly publications. Applicants must provide clear evidence that they are assigned as journalists by a specific news organization or publication.

Holders of the “Accredited Press” badge are not allowed to present or organize a session in the Technical Programme. If you are actively involved in the IAC 2026 programme we kindly ask you to register as a delegate here.

The press accreditation platform may close one week prior to the event or earlier once all available “Accredited Press” badges have been allocated.

The IAF’s media accreditation policy is available online. Should you have any questions or require further information, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at media@iafastro.org

Looking forward to welcoming you at IAC 2026!
