Late Breaking News
The IAC 2026 Late Breaking News Call is now open!
The Late Breaking News (LBN) are dedicated to showcasing the most recent, high-impact developments in the global space sector, highlighting major achievements, breakthrough innovations, newly announced missions, significant discoveries, and other time-sensitive milestones that emerge close to the Congress.
They are a staple of the IAC Programme and will be presented on the closing day of IAC, on Friday 9 October 2026. As an IAF Member, this is your chance to be actively involved and submit your proposal!
LBN proposals must be submitted to the IAF Secretariat by the deadline of Friday 31 July 2026 at 23:59 (CEST).

All proposals will be evaluated by the IPC Steering Group in a well-defined competitive selection process; the results of the selection will be shared by email at the end of August.
Please note that only IAF Members can submit a proposal.
