IAC 2023 Baku 50 years later

At the event the guests will get information about IAC 2023 Baku and the team will present current status and the works that have been done within the preparations for the congress. Also they will meet Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, formerly Azercosmos OJSC, that was re-established in 2021 and started to perform the agency functions on behalf of the country.

The event will be opened with the speech of Mr. Samaddin Asadov, the Chairman of the Board of Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and he will talk about the agency's latest projects and contributions to the space industry as well as the to the startup ecosystem. Also, he will talk about the IAC 2023 Baku, the importance of this event for the country and the symbolic meaning it will have hosting after 50 years.

After Mr. Asadov, the Project Manager of IAC 2023 Baku, Ms. Rena Jafarova will make a presentation and give information about Baku. She will talk about the recent changes within last months and how the preparations are going on IAC 2023.
