GNF - An Overview of the Mission of Chang’e 4 Lunar Probe

Chang'e 4 Lunar Probe had softly landed on the farside of the Moon for the first time in the world and carried out in-situ and rovering exploration. In this presentation, the scientific significance and engineering difficulties of Chang'e 4 are introduced and the probe's general design, including the aspects of landing site selection, relay communication, trajectory design of relay satellite. Furthermore, the prospect of the prominent technological breakthrough of Chang'e 4 was described.
