The Arnhem Space Centre is situated on the Gove Peninsula in the Northern Territory of Australia, 12 degrees south of the Equator. The site has being developed to house multiple pads to facilitate a wide range of orbital and sub-orbital launches of small and medium vehicles.

ELA provides supporting engineering and logistic services to rocket launch companies such as project management, launch license applications, range hazard and safety analyses, mission and launch/orbital feasibility studies, tracking and down range rocket stage recoveries.
