Venturi Space is based in Monaco, France, and Switzerland.

As part of a strategic partnership with the American company Venturi Astrolab, the two entities are jointly designing and manufacturing two lunar rovers:

• FLIP, to be transported by SpaceX in 2025; • FLEX, to be transported by SpaceX in 2027 and eligible for integration into NASA's Artemis program.

Additionally, Venturi Space aims to propose a third lunar rover model to ESA, in order to meet the European Space Agency's needs for lunar mobility.
