Samara National Research University (Samara University)

Samara National Research University (Samara University), previously known as Samara State Aerospace University, prides itself not just on its contributions to the field of aerospace science but also on resolving global challenges. Established in 1942, Samara University welcomes students to a number of institutes covering fields ranging from sociology to engineering, including different aspects of rocket and space technologies (design and manufacturing of spacecraft, carrier rockets, engines, radio equipment, materials science, etc). More than 1,200 professors teach about 16,800 students at the University.
