IAF Career Forum at the IAC 2026

The International Astronautical Congress (IAC) provides an excellent mechanism for students, young professionals and those seeking career opportunities to explore the global space community and its constituent organisations.
Organized for the first time in 2024, the IAF Industry Relations Committee (IRC) is delighted to organize the second edition of the IAF Career Forum – to directly connect jobseekers with prospective employers. While IAC is already an outstanding place to make connections, this Forum aims to create a dedicated space to assist and inform independent organisational recruitment mechanisms whilst supporting candidates in identifying and exploring career opportunities.

The IAF Career Forum will be organized in the frame of the IAC Industry Day, Tuesday 6 October 2026.

WHO CAN APPLY?

All delegates registered to participate in the International Astronautical Congress 2026 in Antalya, Türkiye.

FORMAT:

• Presentations by company representatives explaining recruitment opportunities, profiles, the application process, regulations and company constraints.
• Dedicated face-to-face contacts organized by appointment, after registration of interested candidates with company representatives

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Submit your application through the IAF Career Platform. As part of the application process, you will be asked to upload your CV. You will also be able to view the list of participating companies in the Career Forum and select up to three companies with which you would like to have an on-site interview. Applications must be submitted by 5 September. After the deadline, participating companies will review all applications and CVs. By the end of September, selected candidates will be invited to schedule on-site interviews with their chosen companies. Questions? Please contact us at career@iac2026.org
