Congratulations to the IAF Distinguished Service Award 2025 Recipients!

At the occasion of the IAF Spring Meetings 2025 we are extremely pleased to present to you this year's IAF Distinguished Service Award Recipients!
The IAF Distinguished Service Award was established to acknowledge active IAF volunteers for their immense contributions to the progress of astronautics and the Federation. Our sincere appreciation goes to our winners for their dedicated work and continuous support to IAF Committees, IAF member organizations, the IAF Bureau and the IAF Secretariat.

"For dedicated service to and leadership of the Space Systems Committee, the evolution of the committee technical portfolio and membership, and additional support and volunteerism to the International Astronautical Federation across several committees."
"For Dr. Ewald, astronaut and educator, with nearly a decade of dedication to the IAF that includes being a long-time member of the Human Spaceflight Committee, leading the establishment of the IAF Astronauts Administrative Committee (AAC), moderating the IAF/ASE Astronauts Panel and joining the International Astronaut Chapter."
