IAF SYMPOSIUM 2025

The IAF Symposium 2025 is the event organized by the International Astronautical Federation in conjunction with the 62nd Session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee (STSC) of the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS). This high-level symposium serves as a platform for fostering global dialogue on key challenges and advancements in space exploration, technology, and policy.

Held at the United Nations Office in Vienna, the IAF Symposium brings together international experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss the evolving role of space in addressing global challenges. Each edition focuses on a critical theme that highlights the growing importance of space in policy, public awareness, and international cooperation.

The 2025 edition of the IAF Symposium explores the theme: "Space – Indispensable on the Agenda of Policymakers, Public, and Nations".
