Over 8 years, we executed a paradigm shift by developing an industrialized satellite computing system. We revolutionized hardware with a centralized computing core and distributed resource pools for extreme fault resilience. We enabled on-orbit software upgrades via this centralized architecture. We rebuilt our supply chain from scratch for industrial-scale production. We restructured team dynamics and roles for agile execution. Finally, we pioneered a physics-driven digital twin to validate real software on the ground, shrinking design-build cycles to two-week sprints. This is the blueprint for transforming satellite development into a repeatable, mass-producible computing engine — whether for broadband terminal constellations, direct-to-cell networks, or next-generation orbital computing infrastructure.
