Institute of Space Systems, University of Stuttgart

The Institute of Space Systems of the University of Stuttgart is one of 13 institutes in the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering and Geodesy at the University of Stuttgart. It is largely responsible for teaching related to space travel and, with its various courses in the form of lectures and internships, seminars and student theses, covers a spectrum that is unique in Europe. From aerothermodynamics to small satellites to dust astronomy, many exciting topics in space technology and space applications in teaching and research are represented at the IRS.
