SPACETIDE Foundation

SPACETIDE is a Tokyo-based non-profit organization founded in 2016 with a vision to unlock Space for all Humanity. They act as a neutral industry hub for the APAC space industry by driving a large and diverse community connecting governments, large corporations, academia, startups, professionals, terrestrial industries (or new-to-space industries), and end users.

Together with these stakeholders, they perform various cross-industry activities including hosting APAC's leading commercial space conference in Tokyo every Summer, providing an acceleration program to support ambitious startups (AXELA, S-Booster), publishing a bi-annual industry report on APAC startups (COMPASS), supporting job mobility and talent development in the space sector (Career Connect, SPACETIDE Academy), and organizing international workshops to promote commercial space activities in the APAC region (among others, in the framework of the APRSAF, co-organizing the Space Industry Workshop with JAXA since 2019).
