Astronauts - Global Ambassadors of Space and Peace

Day: Wednesday 25 March
Time: 18:50 -19:20 CET
Location: Seine Room, New CAP Conference Centre

The dedicated IAF GNF Session highlights the powerful role of international astronauts as ambassadors of the values and mission of the International Astronautical Federation to connect all space people for a sustainable future in the spirit that has guided the Federation since its founding in 1951. Through the experiences and worldwide engagement of astronauts, the session illustrates how spacefarers inspire future generations, strengthen international collaboration, and demonstrate that space exploration transcends borders. Their voices reaffirm a core belief of the global space community: that space is best explored together for the peaceful and sustainable benefit of all humankind.
