Andrea Della Nebbia is currently serving as First Counsellor at the Embassy of Italy in Ankara, where he heads the Economic and Trade Office. He previously served as Deputy Head of Mission in Brussels (Belgium) from 2019 to 2022, as First Secretary in Tunis (Tunisia) from 2011 to 2015 and as Deputy Head of Mission in Kampala (Uganda) from 2008 to 2011.

In Rome he worked on different dossiers dealing with the European Union, the Balkan region and the Development Cooperation. Before being posted to Ankara, he served from 2023 to 2025 at the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
