Hermann Ludwig Moeller serves as the Director of the European Space Policy Institute (ESPI). ESPI is the European think tank for space, dedicated to advancing European Space Policy on a global scale by developing innovative approaches and providing policy recommendations to European decision-makers and institutions. Prior to his tenure at ESPI, Mr. Moeller served as Head of Strategy, Programme, and Transformation at ESA’s Telecommunications and Integrated Applications Directorate. His extensive career at ESA also included management roles within the Copernicus Earth Observation Programme.
