Dr. Fathi Karouia is a Senior Research Scientist at Blue Marble Space Institute of Science (NASA Ames Research Center) and In-Space Commercialization Lead at BioServe Space Technologies, University of Colorado Boulder. He specializes in in-space manufacturing (ISM), advancing microgravity-enabled bioproduction, stem cell expansion, and biotechnology platforms that leverage the space environment for high-value applications on Earth and beyond.
