Prof. Dr. Özgün Erler Bayır is a professor of International Relations at İstanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, (Türkiye), and Jean Monnet Module Chair of COPFUTUREU. She is an expert of security studies, space diplomacy and governance, new space ecosystem and digital transformation. She has conducted distinguished EU and NATO projects including NATO SPS project on Space Security.
