ClearSpace SA • CEO & Co-Founder

Luc Piguet is a graduate of EPFL (Federal Institute of Technology, Lausanne) with a degree in electrical engineering and an Executive Program at Stanford GSB. He is the CEO of ClearSpace SA, a start-up he co-founded with Chief Engineer Muriel Richard Noca in 2019. ClearSpace is the result of a long-term project that began in 2012 at the EPFL Space Center (eSpace), its goal is to develop technologies to capture and deorbit obsolete objects threatening space operations. In 2020, ClearSpace signed a service contract with ESA worth 86.2 M€ for the ClearSpace-1 Mission, the first debris removal mission, in 2025.
