Liv Minder is responsible for developing investment promotion activities for Switzerland. She has extensive experience supporting international companies in establishing operations in Switzerland and developing their business strategies in Europe.

During her five years in China, she headed the Swiss–Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and established the investment promotion department at the Swiss Embassy in Beijing.

Prior to this she worked as a research assistant at ETH Zurich, Center for Security an Conflict studies and served as Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Canton of Schaffhausen. She holds a master’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Zurich.
