Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Khan is the Chairman of Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission (SUPARCO), national space agency of Pakistan. His three decades of experience traverse across the domain of space science and technology, encapsulating diverse areas such as research and development, project management, leadership, and space policy formulation.

Mr. Khan has represented Pakistan in major international space forums and has contributed to advancing Pakistan’s capabilities in satellite technology, Earth observation, space science and international cooperation. In his capacity as the President of the Islamic Network on Space Science and Technology (ISNET), he has cultivated international collaboration amongst the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries to advance collaboration in space science and technology.

Mr. Khan is an elected Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA) reflecting his professional recognition and contributions to the field of space science and technology.

In recognition of his contributions to Pakistan’s National Space Program and the scientific community, Mr. Mohammad Yousuf Khan has been conferred with two civil awards by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
