David NGINDU BUABUA

Professor NGINDU BUABUA David is a Congolese scientist from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He holds a PhD in Science, obtained in 2016, and specializes in Geophysics, with his scientific work focusing primarily on applied physics and remote sensing.

Academically, Professor NGINDU BUABUA David is a professor and researcher at the Faculty of Sciences of the National Pedagogical University (UPN). He also serves as a part-time professor at the University of Kinshasa (UNIKIN), contributing to student education and the supervision of researchers in scientific fields related to his expertise.

At the institutional level, he currently serves as Director General of the National Remote Sensing Centre (CNT), based in Kinshasa. In this capacity, he contributes to the strategic direction and coordination of the Centre’s activities in the fields of remote sensing, Earth observation, scientific research, and the use of geospatial data in support of the development of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
