Carla Filotico is Partner & Managing Director at Novaspace, where she leads the Strategy Practice. With more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, she advises governments, space agencies, and industry leaders on space policy, industrial strategy, market development, and investment decisions across the global space sector. Prior to joining Novaspace (formerly SpaceTec Partners and Euroconsult), she led the Aerospace & Defence practice in Italy and the European Space Strategy team at Booz & Company (now Strategy& PwC). Carla is an Aerospace Engineer with an MSc in Space Systems Engineering and serves as a member of the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator Jury, mentor to the EIC Scaling Club, and Board Member of the European Association of Remote Sensing Companies (EARSC).
