Elena Toson

T4i • COO and Board Member

Elena Toson is an Aerospace Engineer with a Master's in Aerospace Propulsion (Politecnico di Torino) and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering (Politecnico di Milano). Passionate about space since childhood, she gained international experience during her studies and developed her career at major companies like Thales Alenia Space, Avio Aero, and D-Orbit. Over the years, she built strong expertise in project management, business development, and space entrepreneurship. She is currently COO and board member at T4i, an Italian company developing innovative green propulsion systems for small satellites and micro-launchers. Elena is active in the space community, promoting STEM education and serving as a member of Women In Aerospace Europe.
