Leonard is the Regional Lead, Americas at the Maldives Space Research Organisation (MSRO) and Co-Chair of the Space for Island Nations Conference (SINC) hosted by MSRO. MSRO is the first entity in the Maldives dedicated to the development of and research in the space sector. With over a decade of experience spread across national security, defense, and space strategy, and almost a decade of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications, Leonard is helping bring space to the Maldives for the benefit of all Maldivians.
