David is a serial entrepreneur, using technology to impact the new space and defence technology sectors, with four successful exits in the cyber and telecoms sectors. Most recently David co-founded Hypersonix, an Australian company specialising in hypersonic vehicles and scramjet engines. He has now started a new venture, VeloDx, an edge AI drone business aiming to advance the UAV market. David has more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunication sector, specialising in satellites and encryption, and helping to roll out the internet and cloud globally. David is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, holds an MBA and a Masters in Research, and has also attended INSEAD and the International Space University.
