Angela Herblet is an innovation architect and leader focused on advancing complex initiatives at the intersection of government, industry, and emerging technology ecosystems. As Co-Founder and Lead for Operations & Initiatives at the Deep Space Food Consortium, Angela is advancing collaboration across space, food, agriculture, research and technology sectors to enable the development of sustainable food systems for future human space exploration. Prior to DSFC, Angela spent nearly eight years supporting NASA initiatives, including serving as Acting Deputy Program Manager and leading efforts within NASA’s Centennial Challenges Program. She played a key role in managing the Deep Space Food Challenge, a first-of-its-kind collaboration with the Canadian Space Agency focused on developing innovative food technologies for long-duration space missions with applications on Earth. She is recognized for her ability to translate ambitious visions into actionable programs and build the collaborative ecosystems needed to advance the future of space technology and exploration.
