Daniel Wischert

European Space Agency (ESA) • Systems Engineer & Concurrent Design Facility (CDF) Team Leader

Daniel Wischert works as a Systems Engineer and Team Leader in the European Space Agency’s (ESA's) Concurrent Design Facility (CDF), where he leads multidisciplinary studies to explore the feasibility of future space missions and new spacecraft concepts. As a Systems Engineer Daniel supports several ESA projects ranging from the large deep-space telescope NewATHENA to smaller missions such as the active debris removal mission CAT and Fly-Your-Satellite university CubeSats. In his free time Daniel enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking and snowboarding.
