Dalia David is a wellness chef, cultural strategist, and Food Network Chopped finalist whose work bridges culinary design, systems change, and cultural preservation. As co-founder of Heritage Space Food, she builds food frameworks that serve both survival and story; designing for Earth resilience, emotional well-being, and interplanetary futures. Her background spans high performance meal design, plant based nutrition, and culinary diplomacy, with collaborations including Yelp, Dalio Philanthropies, and the American Heart Association. NASA recognized her with the Space Tech Catalyst Prize for advancing inclusive, culturally attuned frameworks for the future of food in space and across the globe through the Artemis Accords. Through Heritage Space Food, her work bridges sustainable food innovation on Earth and in space, with culturally informed engineering shaping each stage of design. She’s been featured in Bon Appétit, Epicurious, and Simply Recipes, and brought her wellness-forward culinary approach to LinkedIn’s NYC headquarters, where she led the company’s first food program out of one the city's earliest ghost kitchens.
