Aerospace Engineer with a background in Space Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and hands-on experience leading the technical development of stratospheric balloon platforms from early prototype to operational system. At Involve Space, he grew from engineer to Chief Engineer, taking ownership of the full technical stack: from mechanical design and GNC algorithms to avionics integration, launch operations and institutional grant management.

Rocco combines engineering knowledge with project management skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, solve complex problems under pressure and translate vision into working hardware. He thrives at the intersection of research, engineering and operations.
