Omar Alayli

Omar Alayli is a space architect and the founder of Future Space Architecture, where he works on habitat and in-orbit systems concepts with a focus on human-centric design. He brings more than twenty years of architectural practice to the field, having led design and delivery on large-scale hospitals, airports, university campuses, and high-rise residential projects across the Middle East, North America, and Europe. His current research addresses lunar habitat design, habitability, and the integration of food and life-support systems into habitat architecture. He also hosts the Omar Alayli Podcast, a long-form series on human space exploration, and is presenting a paper at IAC 2026.
