Oscar Fredy González is the General Secretary of the Latin American and Caribbean Space Agency. PhD in Law from the Panamerican University of Mexico and Doctoral studies in Tax Law at the University of Salamanca, Spain, he is a founding member of the Mexican Chapter of the European Organization of Public Law and member of the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP). Born in Querétaro, Mexico, on November 6, 1973, he has served as a leader of high-impact strategic projects, with experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing comprehensive initiatives focused on technological innovation and the generation of sustainable value. Specialized in satellite information analysis, Big Data architectures, artificial intelligence models, and cybersecurity applied to critical technological infrastructures. His experience includes the integration of predictive analysis models and algorithmic automation applied to geospatial information, aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and the quality of products derived from remote sensing systems.
