Zack Rosenthal is an accomplished Food Scientist with over a decade of experience in the research, development, and commercialization of food products for Fortune 500 companies and emerging startups. He has successfully conceptualized, developed, and launched products across diverse categories. At Vast, he serves as the Space Food Systems Manager, designing Haven-1's food system end-to-end to ensure astronaut nutrition, wellness, and enjoyment in low-Earth orbit (LEO).
