Masayasu Ishida

Masayasu Ishida is the Co-founder, President, and CEO of SPACETIDE, a Tokyo-based non-profit dedicated to promoting commercial space activities and orchestrating an ecosystem for the APAC space industry. Through SPACETIDE, he leads various cross-industry activities, including organizing a commercial space conference that gathers leaders from 35 countries and 25 industries. He also has over 20 years of experience at the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he supported diverse companies and government agencies, focusing on the space industry. He serves as the Program Director of Japan's Space Strategy Fund. He is also the author of "Introduction to Commercial Space: The Full Picture of the NewSpace Revolution" (Nikkei BP). He graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in Engineering.
