LI Guoping, Chief Engineer of the China National Space Administration (CNSA), Phd in Engineering and graduated from Peking University. He has been working for CNSA for a long time. In September 2018, he became Secretary General of CNSA and in December 2022, he became Chief Engineer of CNSA.
