Dmitry ZARUBIN

Mr. Dmitry Zarubin, Engineering Fellow and International cooperation coordinator, Space Research Institute (IKI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

From 2010, Mr. Zarubin was an expert at the Human Space Flight Program Directorate of the Federal space agency “Roscosmos”, agency project manager for ISS RS “Prichal” module and several crew transportation vehicles, participated in several technical teams and within the ISS program, including the Cis-Lunar international station studies.

From 2016, Mr. Zarubin was the Head of Human Space Flight Program R&D Center at the S.P.Korolev RSC “Energia” – future LEO and Lunar exploration.

These activities resulted in several successful space missions, as well as approved design for several future projects. D.Zarubin received a Certificate of honor from the “Roscosmos” for his leadership in the ISS and lunar projects.

Currently D.Zarubin leads several Russian and international science projects within the upcoming lunar and LEO missions.

He is a UN ATLAC expert from Russia, IAF Space Exploration and Human Space Flight committee’s member and IDSEA (China) founding member, “Deep Space Exploration” journal associate editor, Moscow Aviation Institute guest professor for “Systems engineering and Program integration” course.

Mr. Zarubin graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute (Aerospace engineering, 2010) and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (International law, 2014).
