Marco Borghi

NovaspaceSenior Manager, Government Centre of Excellence

Marco Borghi is a Senior Manager at Novaspace, where he leads the Government Centre of Excellence, supporting governments, space agencies, and international institutions in the development of space policies, strategies, and programmes. With more than a decade of experience in the European space sector, he specializes in space policy, governance, defence and security, and international cooperation. Prior to joining Novaspace, he worked in strategy consulting, advising institutional stakeholders on space policy and industrial development. Marco has led numerous studies for the European Commission, ESA, EUSPA, and national governments, with a particular focus on space security, sustainability, Earth observation, and the socio-economic impact of space programmes. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science and KU Leuven.
